Since joining Alexander Hall in 2016 as a junior Compliance Officer, I have been very fortunate to receive exceptional support from colleagues and senior leadership. That support has enabled me to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s continued success.
In October 2022, I was appointed Director of Risk and Compliance, joining the Senior Management team and Board with responsibility for leading and overseeing the risk and compliance function at Alexander Hall.
My role centres on designing, embedding and continuously enhancing a robust compliance monitoring and risk management framework. This ensures the firm not only meets its regulatory obligations but consistently delivers good customer outcomes through high quality advice and service, both strategically and operationally.
