I joined Alexander Hall in 2009 after completing an Economics degree from the University of Essex. I started in the business at the Chiswick Park headquarters as an Alexander Hall Move Consultant, on the trainee Mortgage Adviser program. The training and support I was given there truly was exceptional and the opportunity to be surrounded by intelligent, talented and diverse individuals enabled me to grow and progress quickly within the business.
In July 2022 I became the Sales Director, responsible for the day to day operations and oversight of our adviser base, including recruitment, training, performance and quality management. My key responsibility is to ensure our advisers have the opportunity to be successful. As a business we have fostered a culture which creates a collaborative, hardworking, enjoyable and inclusive environment in which our advisers can thrive and then in turn, provide the best possible service to our customers.
Strategically, I work within the senior management team to ensure we remain an industry leader in areas such as diversity and inclusion, technology, customer service and advice. In recent years, our efforts in these areas have been recognised through winning multiple industry and consumer awards, which we are immensely proud of. Alexander Hall is a growing company with huge potential and a variety of opportunities and I am always highly motivated to support the success of both our existing and future employees.
