My role here is to ensure Alexander Hall has access to as many lenders as possible, whilst growing the strength of these lender relationships through direct contact with senior managers, business development managers and underwriters.
Our strong relationships with lenders means we are able to speak to key people (like underwriters) post submission of a mortgage application if issues arise, such as down-valuations or problems with the property.
Also our great reputation within the industry means Alexander Hall is frequently a go to company for lenders wanting to promote their exclusive new mortgage rates and criteria.
We currently have access to over 100 lenders from across the market, including some of the biggest household names right down to smaller lenders. This gives you the client access to more options including those you could not source yourself or through other mortgage brokers!
