Sales Director

My career with Alexander Hall began in 2005 when I joined as a trainee mortgage adviser. As soon as I arrived, I was amazed at the working culture and team spirit, which remains ever present today. Having progressed through the adviser and team leader roles, I was promoted to Sales Director in 2015. Now responsible for the day to day operations of our adviser base, I am in the fortunate positon of being able to pass on the knowledge and skills I have acquired in my time here, something I take great pride in.

In practice, my role entails recruitment, training, performance and quality management. My key responsibility is to ultimately ensure our advisers have the opportunity and support to be successful and as a business we have fostered a culture which creates a collaborative, hardworking, enjoyable and inclusive environment in which our advisers can thrive.

Strategically, I work within the senior management team to ensure we remain an industry leader in areas such as diversity and inclusion, technology, customer service and advice. In recent years, our efforts in these areas have been recognised through winning multiple industry and consumer awards, which we are immensely proud of. Alexander Hall is a growing company with huge potential and a variety of opportunities and I am always highly motivated to support the success of both our existing and future employees.
