Compliance Support Team Leader

Since joining Alexander Hall in 2016, I have been given amazing support from my colleagues and senior management team to develop and become a great asset to the company. At the start of 2020, I was promoted to Compliance Support Team Leader in recognition of the work I have done over the last 4 years and the leadership skills I have demonstrated during this time.

My role now involves managing and developing a talented Compliance Support team so that we can provide a vital support function to the company and advisers. The team supports the business by ensuring, through monitoring and training, that our advisers are recommending the most suitable mortgage and protection options to our clients and providing the best service possible.

My role also brings greater responsibilities in assisting the Head of Support Operations, including work on various projects and producing company reports and analysis for senior management.

The most rewarding part of working at Alexander Hall comes from the people and the culture of this company where hard work, integrity and collaboration is at the heart of everything we do in order to deliver the best possible service and outcomes for our clients.
