Since joining Alexander Hall in 2016 as a junior compliance officer, I have been given amazing support from my colleagues and the senior management team to develop and become a great asset to the company.
In October 2022, I became the Head of Risk and Compliance, joining the senior management team and being responsible for overseeing the Compliance function and Risk Management at Alexander Hall.
My key responsibility is to develop and maintain a strong compliance monitoring and risk management framework that ensures Alexander Hall meets the regulator’s requirements and continues to achieve good outcomes for our clients through quality of advice and service in an ever-changing market.
The most rewarding part of working at Alexander Hall comes from the people and the culture of this company where hard work, integrity and collaboration is at the heart of everything we do in order to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
