After finishing university, I realised very early on that I wanted to try something new and out of my comfort zone. I came to Alexander Hall with minimal knowledge on the property market and mortgages but the unique training programme provided me with the core fundamentals of the mortgage process and I have built on this knowledge through ongoing training and personal development.
My role consists of facilitating each mortgage transaction right through to the end of the process. A key part of my daily schedule is client contact, keeping our clients and prospective clients updated on the process and any new developments in the market. The most gratifying part about this role is being able to help clients reach their property goals.
What I love is that there is always someone on hand to help; either one of your colleagues, your team leader or the Compliance Support team. Having access to a large variety of lenders and backed up by solid lender relationships, gives me confidence that I am giving my clients the best possible advice for their current situation.
