As Director of Training and Competence I have the pleasure of managing the induction of new staff into the business. I also oversee a broad range of ongoing training to keep our advisers at the forefront of lender developments and technological advancements, enabling them to provide industry-leading service to our clients.
One constant since joining Alexander Hall as a trainee is that we have always been known for our unrivalled training and development. Having experienced the benefit of this first hand I’m proud to now oversee our training programs, and to help a new generation of advisers build long, rewarding careers in the business.
