I was ready for a new challenge having worked for Halifax and Woolwich in mortgage sales for three years when a former colleague recommended I apply for a job at Alexander Hall. When I came for my interview I was instantly attracted by the energy of the company and the people, so I was thrilled to be offered the job.
I have always thrived on hard work and it is great to be recognised for it. Within twelve months of joining I was promoted to a Rare Broker and then later to Associate Director. My role is extremely varied, although a typical day usually consists of meeting new clients, contacting existing clients to find out how their property search is progressing and completing mortgage applications for those that have found their ideal home. My 'Rare' status also means that I get to deal with high-net worth clients who work for some of the largest companies in the UK.
Alexander Hall is also particularly good at rewarding success and having met numerous targets I have been lucky enough to go on a number of trips, both within the UK and abroad, ranging from a great day out at the races, to an amazing trip to Las Vegas. Alongside these incentives I have the ability to control my earning potential and I have been able to build a property portfolio of my own, which is fantastic and ensures that I am constantly motivated. I have now been at Alexander Hall for six and a half years and I still love every minute of it!
