Based at one of our impressive central London offices, you will provide professional, expert advice to clients on a daily basis. You are responsible for delivering first-class customer service at all times and building long-term relationships with your clients, providing independent guidance on mortgages and mortgage-associated products, such as insurance.

You will control the entire process from assessing your clients needs and proposing the best possible solutions, to dealing with lenders and assisting your clients in completing the application process.

As a member of the Alexander Hall team, you will receive first class qualified leads and appointments from incentive-driven teams. You will also receive full administration support from a dedicated team.

To succeed in this role you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. You must also hold full CeMap qualifications. We are recruiting for a Mortgage Adviser:


alexander hall associates limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for pure protection, residential mortgages and general insurance business. We do not charge a fee for residential mortgage advice; however there is an administration fee for processing each of your standard residential mortgage contracts. The typical administration fee is £499. For impaired credit lending the typical fee is 1% of the mortgage loan. For Buy to Let and Commercial Mortgages a fee of 0.5% of the mortgage loan size applies of which £500 is payable on application with the balance payable on completion.
